I need more details.

Are you going to hire employees? Are you making the ice cream yourself? Where will the business be run? What supplies do you have? What are things you need? How much money is in your budget?

If you can tell me that, then I can give an honest answer.

you’ll need to think about-
buying the premises/van. cost of stock, cost of equipment,cost of insurances,marketing the business and other operating costs,

How much money you make will depend on how hard you work, how many customers you have and how much competition you have
