The same reason we get so many e-mail scams. Because there are enough people who fall for them that it’s worth the time/effort for the scammers to send them out. It costs little to nothing for a scammer to send out millions of e-mails or have a bot post millions of links. If only one person falls for it, it’s enough to make it worth the time.

Yahoo can ban IPs of known spammers/scams but they cannot stop them from entering using a different one (lest they ban normal users). All we can do is report them and hope Yahoo takes the steps needed to remove this scum. It’s an endless battle as they find ways around blocks every time a new one is created.

the first answer was a joke i believe, anyhow as im sure as you know, its up to the yahoo users to report ’scams’ spam ect…so we all do our part too Monitor and report these

I’m with you

There are many immature, uneducated people on this site who try to impress themselves by providing childish responses.
There are some who don’t care about helping others, they try to push services/products they think people need.

If you think "Investing" responses are bad, try viewing those in "politics" or "elections", it nothing but immature children trying to show how little they know. It’s really stupidity and ignorance gone rampant.
