Growing such a tree would require lots of sunlight and ample precipitation, any location with such characteristics should be fine.

Put it in a big plant pot full of compost and a bit of horse manure, water it daily and taa daa, there you go.

no man, dont plant it.. make a fountain, then toss it in there.. see all those fountains with coins in them? how do you think they got there, they grew..

Plant it in a big pile of horse sh*t that way it will be well fertilised, water it sparingly otherwise the roots rot
